ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Deni appliance is warranted for one year from date of purchase or receipt against all defects in material and workmanship. Should your appliance prove defective within one year from date of purchase or receipt, return the unit, freight prepaid, along with an explanation of the claim. ( To avoid damage in transit, please package your appliance carefully in its original box and packing material . Keystone is not responsible for any damage caused to the appliance in return shipment.) Under this warranty, Keystone Manufacturing Company, Inc. undertakes to repair or replace any parts found to be defective.

This warranty is only valid if the appliance is used solely for household purposes in accordance with the instructions. This warranty is invalid if the unit is connected to an unsuitable electrical supply, or dismantled or interfered with in any way or damaged through misuse.

We ask that you kindly fill in the details on your warranty card and return it within one week from date of purchase or receipt.

You can visit the Deni.com site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our web servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. This information helps us to determine what is most beneficial to our users and how we can continually create a better overall experience for our users by improving the contents of the site. SECURITY

Deni Keystone, through our Web Host provider, uses a secure server (secure socket layer SSL) which allows the receipt of online order and other confidential information in a secure environment. A secure environment refers to the transmission of encrypted information from a web browser to our web server. The user's web browser encrypts each transaction via our secure online ordering system.

The encryption process takes the characters that are entered and converts them into bits of unreadable code that are transmitted over the Internet to our secure server. Our secure server then translates the code back to its original state. Only authorized personnel of Deni Keystone are able to view these transmissions. Current browser software from Microsoft and Netscape support this feature.
